Our client located in Dallas, TX is looking for a contract Accounting Manager with Deltek Vantagepoint experience. This will be a couple of month long contract assisting with an implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the accounting team’s Deltek Vantagepoint implementation, ensuring accurate data mapping and integrity.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close.
- Supervise percentage of completion accounting and job cost tracking.
- Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure financial data aligns with project timelines and cost structures.
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis during and after implementation.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Work closely with leadership, including the current Accounting Manager and Controller, throughout the implementation process.
