Our client in the Allen, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team!
This position will be temp-to-hire and fully on-site, Monday through Friday in their Allen location.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Support accounts payable operations across four locations
- Process AP invoices, including purchase orders and inventory related invoices, and perform three-way matching
- Research vendor debits and credits, and reconcile credit card and vendor statements
- Perform weekly check runs and process ACH payments
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal personnel when needed
- Various ERP software experience and strong Excel skills
- Dealership, automotive, powersports, manufacturing, distribution, or construction AP experience
