Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team!
The Payroll Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a recurring basis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Maintain payroll records, employee deductions, garnishments, and benefits administration inputs
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities, including W-2s and audits
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycom, etc.) and strong Excel skills
