POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Audit Engagements
Manage and perform audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion while supervising audit associates. - Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing technical questions, maintaining communication, and delivering value-added audit insights. - Audit Planning & Budgeting
Develop comprehensive audit plans, define engagement timelines, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution. - Staff Supervision & Training
Guide, train, and review the work of junior auditors, promoting professional development and audit quality. - Process Improvement
Recommend and implement process improvements based on audit findings and professional judgment
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate has 5+ or more years of experience in a public accounting firm and CPA license.
- Career changers should have CPA license and background of general ledger maintenance
- Excellent communication skills required; fluent in English
- Experience with audit software; experience with ProSystem Engagement is advantageous
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
