Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking a contract Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team in early December.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible with the following:

Assist with preparing journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and maintain financial records

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
-
Reconcile balance sheet account, bank accounts, and credit card statements

Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

1+ years of accountant experience
