Investor Services Senior Associate
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Investor Services Senior Associate to join an expanding area of their business. This group provides a comprehensive range of confidential financial and operational services to internal investors, including personal financial management, investment performance reporting, relationship coordination with external vendors, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across departments including investment teams, legal, tax, HR, and compliance, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-integrity environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal investors via the group’s shared email inbox
- Deliver high-touch client service and operational support to senior professionals and internal stakeholders
- Manage credit facility processing and ensure ongoing compliance with credit agreements
- Coordinate and execute services such as mortgage underwriting assistance, account openings, and third-party vendor introductions
- Assist with system and tool development for general ledger, contact management, report generation, and document distribution
- Maintain and update procedural documentation and internal forms
- Manage bank and custodian relationships, including new account set-up, wiring instructions, and authorized signer records
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, investor relations, or family office settings
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail
- High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a hands-on and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
