Senior Financial Analyst
Boston, MA | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Looking to step into a high-impact finance role with strong visibility and room to grow? A leading global investment firm is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate Finance Team. This position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across the organization. You’ll work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the FP&A Team:
The Financial Planning & Analysis group supports all business units and senior leadership in financial decision-making. This includes preparing budgets, forecasts, multi-year plans, and ad hoc analysis used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast updates

Contribute to long-term multi-year planning and business strategy efforts

Partner closely with internal teams including accounting and compensation

Post journal entries to reconcile management basis P&L with tax basis P&L

Assist with strategic and ad hoc finance projects
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in accounting (public or corporate) or FP&A
-
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
-
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience a plus

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Strong interpersonal skills and team-first mindset
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
