Accountant (Junior or Senior Level)
Remote | $70K-$110K + Bonus | SaaS
A fast-growing healthcare software company is seeking an Accountant to join its lean, high-impact finance team.
We’re open to junior candidates ready to grow or senior-level accountants who can contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll assistance, reconciliations)

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close

Maintain schedules (prepaids, deferred rent, fixed assets, etc.)

Support audits, tax filings, and compliance processes
-
Help streamline accounting systems (transitioning from QuickBooks)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

Junior: 1-2 years of public or corporate accounting; solid GAAP understanding

Senior: 4+ years full-cycle experience; SaaS or nonprofit background a plus

Strong Excel skills and a growth mindset
