Details may include
- Manage AIA, Time and Material Billing
- Track and process all work orders
- Monitor and report on job costs
- Review, code, and process invoices
- Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Assist with cost forecasting
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or at least 2 years of related experience in AIA billing.
