A client of ours in the real estate space, is looking to add a Residential Senior Accountant to their team. This accountant will be reporting directly to the Assistant Controller and sitting on a team of 5 other accountants. You will be handling the accounting for 4-5 of the firm’s properties.
This client is looking for candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience and their Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related. They will consider candidates straight out of public accounting with real estate clients, who come from the real estate space handling residential or mixed-use properties, or a mix of the two. Strong excel experience is required and Yardi is preferred.
