Senior HR Manager
Cleveland, OH | Full-Time | On-Site
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who excels at both strategy and execution. The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources-talent acquisition, employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management-while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits.

Champion company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Serve as HR functional leader on the integration team, ensuring consistency and alignment across multiple business units.

Partner with executives and managers to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Develop and implement systems to strengthen performance, accountability, and career development.

Resolve employee relations issues promptly, fairly, and effectively.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience leading cultural change and supporting leaders during periods of organizational growth.

Hands-on recruitment expertise, with success leveraging digital platforms and external partners.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required.

Experience with HRIS (Paycom/ADP), payroll, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
