Investment Analyst
Location: Boston, MA | Type: Full-time | Hybrid: 4 days/week in office
About the role
Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a Boston-based wealth and investment management firm. The Investment Analyst joins the Investment Team to monitor existing strategies, support due diligence on new ideas, and help with asset allocation and portfolio implementation.

What you’ll do
- Monitor funds/strategies; track performance and risk
- Support due diligence; build and maintain models
- Attend manager meetings; review materials and summarize findings
- Write clear research notes with conclusions and next steps
- Contribute to asset allocation and portfolio implementation
- Partner with client teams on ad hoc research and meeting materials
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience
- Manager due diligence across public and private markets
- Experience in a single-/multi-family office, secondaries, or direct investment environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg a plus
- Clear writing and presentation; strong attention to detail
- Strong academic track record
- CFA charterholder or candidate preferred (not required)
