Our client, located in the Denver area, needs a tried a true Customer Experience Coordinator to be part of something special. This Customer Experience Coordinator will work onsite with an impressive management and leadership team for a company that does great things in their circle.
This Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for:
- managing a shared inbox
- liason for billing inquiries
- patnering with internal teams to resolve and respond to customer inquiries
- researching and investigating descreancies
To be “the one”, we need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
