Financial Systems Analyst/ Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Intelligence & Financial Systems Analyst to take ownership of the ERP (NetSuite) and reporting environment for a thriving manufacturing company located in Northflield, OH. This is an in-office position. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between finance, operations, and technology – transforming data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll manage and optimize our ERP and EDI systems, ensuring data integrity, smooth integration, and accurate reporting across departments. Using tools like Power BI, you’ll design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to highlight financial and operational trends that inform leadership decisions.
Beyond systems management, you’ll support strategic planning through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance forecasting. You’ll work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and sales to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead ERP (NetSuite) data initiatives and oversee system integrations, including EDI transactions

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance metrics using Power BI

Deliver analysis on revenue trends, cost performance, and profitability to support strategic decisions

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow between financial and operational systems

Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals

Provide ERP and data leadership support to finance, supply chain, and customer service teams
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (strong academic record preferred)

5-10 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or ERP systems management

3+ years of NetSuite system administration or equivalent ERP experience

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Proficient in Power BI (or similar visualization tools)

Experience managing or integrating EDI systems

Excellent communication and project management abilities
