We’re excited to partner with a fast-growing company in the greater Denver area to find a Technical Accounting Consultant for an immediate start. This is a 3-month contract with a hybrid schedule.
About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in financial reporting and technical accounting, including:
- Drafting the company’s Financial Statements and related disclosures
- Performing accounting research and documenting positions
- Preparing technical documentation for ASC 606 and ASC 842
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA
- 5-10 years of progressive experience, including public accounting
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance
- Experience writing financial statement disclosures is required
- Hands-on approach with the ability to collaborate daily with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
