JOB DESCRIPTION
HR GENERALIST: DETAILS
Title: HR Generalist
Location: Nashville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8am – 5pm | Monday – Friday | 40 hours
Type: Contract to possible hire
Candidate pay rate: 26-35/hour
REQUIREMENTS: HR GENERALIST
* 3+ years of recent full time HR experience
* HRIS experience with either Paycom or ADP
* Experience with HR standard operating procedures (SOP)
* Experience with FMLA, FSLA, and ADA
* Outgoing and positive personality that enjoys bringing ideas to the HR team
RESPONSIBILITIES: HR GENERALIST
* Assisting with onboarding new employees
* Assisting with off-boarding employees
* Data entry
* Following up with employee benefits
* Organizing current filing systems
* Clerical duties
* Updating employee files in the internal system
* Project Based Activities
* Maintains necessary files covering applications, interviews, and testing procedures
* Provide administrative support
