Pay Rate: $20/hour
Type: Contract to Hire Opportunity
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT | Monday – Friday
REQUIREMENTS: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* The position will be assisting customers in paying their bill and with questions regarding their accounts via phone (and occasionally email).
* We are looking for someone that is very flexible, can learn various tasks, and can easily switch from one task to another.
