Beacon Hill is working with a non-profit in Brooklyn to bring an experienced Director of Grants to their team. This position ensures accurate budgeting, compliant billing, timely reimbursement, and strong internal controls across a complex portfolio of grants and contracts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end financial oversight of cost‑reimbursement grants and contracts, from award setup through closeout.
- Review and interpret grant agreements, contracts, and amendments to ensure financial terms and conditions are properly implemented.
- Ensure all expenditures are allowable, allocable, reasonable, and consistently aligned with approved budgets and funder requirements.
- Oversee grant closeouts, final reporting, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Lead the development, review, and approval of grant budgets in collaboration with program and finance leadership.
- Monitor budget‑to‑actual performance and investigate variances, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Provide forecasting and cash‑flow analysis related to grant reimbursement and contract funding.
