CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE: DETAILS
* Title: Customer Experience Advocate Home Services
* Location: Franklin TN
* Pay Rate: $20
* Type: Contract to hire
* Hours: Schedules between 6am-8pm CT
* Note: Hybrid/Onsite This will be 100% onsite while training. After 2-3 months you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. 3 openings

REQUIREMENTS:CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.)

* Outgoing personality


RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE
* Ensures all external and internal customers receive a concierge level of customer service
* Serves as a representative of high professionalism to all external customers.
* Engage with high value client to schedule service-calls accurately, and efficiently.
* Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong collaboration and organizational skills with mindfulness to detail.
* Team member should possess good oral and written communications skills, both with co-workers and over the telephone with outside and company associates.
* Position requires use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
