Hours: Standard Business Hours | Monday-Friday | 40 hours

REQUIREMENTS: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR TAXES
* 2 years of experience in payroll
* Experience with payroll taxes
* Ability to manually recalculate and audit payroll processing and calculations regarding all aspects of payroll
* Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws in a multi-state environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR TAXES
* Utilize payroll system, and third-party software to build, review and audit exception reports to ensure company compliance.
* Analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
* Export, process and resolve weekly audits and reports to eliminate processing errors.
* Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees’ updates and adjustments in company systems.
* Report lump-sum payments and interact with agencies to determine amounts to be withheld for company bonus programs by employees on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
