Beacon Hill is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations for one of our clients. This is an interim opportunity with potential to convert, ideal for a payroll professional with experience in high-volume environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Enter new hires, changes, and deductions into the payroll system
- Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- 5+ year of payroll experience in a high-volume setting
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
