Our client, a Financial Advisory firm seeking is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate Director to join its restructuring team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on complex transactions, distressed and special situation engagements, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+(Senior Associate) or 4+ (Associate Director) years of experience within investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or valuation.
