SENIOR AP CONSULTANT
Title: Senior AP Consultant
Location: Atlanta GA
Candidate pay rate: 40-45/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract (3 months)
Hours: Monday-Friday | Standard business hours (7am-3pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm) | 40 hours / week
Note: Onsite – parking is provided
REQUIREMENTS: SENIOR AP CONSULTANT
* 5-10 years of full time AP experience
* Experience with intercompany invoicing and complex AP processes
* Able to process 40+ invoices/day
* Experience with SAP
* Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES: SENIOR AP CONSULTANT
* Processing intercompany invoicing
* Working in SAP
* Processing 40+ invoices per day
* Assisting and working with oversees corporate processes within the AP space
* Assist with the accounts payable process at corporate and practice to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
* Responsible for timely resolution of all invoice discrepancies, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors.
* Collaborate with management to ensure proper approvals are obtained timely.
* Work the error reconciliation report for payment.
* Assist and ensure successful quarterly and year-end audits as it relates to accounts payable.
