Beacon Hill is partnering with a non-profit organization to bring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to their team. This role will serve as a key partner to finance and business leadership by supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial systems administration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Administer and enhance financial systems, including ERP and planning/reporting platforms, to improve reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline financial operations and reduce manual effort.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and evaluation of business opportunities, operational changes, and investment decisions.
- Monitor financial data integrity and assist with system audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
