Accounts Receivable/Revenue Specialist

Responsibilities

• Apply and post customer payments, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit cards.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and deposit tracking.
• Work with accounting, billing, and collections teams to resolve account issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Revenue Accounting experience.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
