Our client, a growing firm is looking to add a T&E Expense Analyst to its NYC team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Head of Operations, with the opportunity to take ownership of the T&E function and help centralize and streamline processes across the organization. This individual will handle expense report review, policy maintenance, data collection and entry, rewards program management, and ongoing process improvements for a global corporate employee population.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with exposure to travel and expense, strong attention to detail, and the discretion to work with sensitive information. Concur experience is a strong plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable being hands-on with the day-to-day work but also wants the ability to improve processes, take on additional responsibility, and grow as the department continues to build out.
