Beacon Hill is seeking a Junior Project Accountant to join the team of one of our clients! This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with project accounting experience who is looking to support development projects and gain exposure to construction accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Process project invoices and expenses
- Track project costs, budgets, and change orders
- Reconcile costs and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project accounting experience
- Yardi JobCost / Yardi Voyager experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of job costing and project accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
