Key Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting and collections team following a system conversion from AS400 to Oracle EBS
- Assist in managing and clearing backlog created by the Oracle implementation
- Perform cash application and collections activities to help improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues caused by the system transition
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline Oracle EBS processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payments, adjustments, and account reconciliations
- Work closely with management to assess ongoing workload and performance metrics
