Job Responsibilities:

Provide the organization with accurate estimates for project materials and freight costs

Monitor and process purchase requests promptly to ensure timely fulfillment

Evaluate vendor proposals to identify optimal delivery schedules and cost-saving opportunities

Collaborate closely with suppliers and project teams to address and resolve issues

Track and report on delivery commitments to ensure accountability and transparency

Communicate clearly and accurately regarding order finalization and any delivery-related concerns
Preferred Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field

Entry-level experience (0+ years)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with purchasing software

Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions effectively
