Beacon HIll is currently partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the St. Louis area that is seeking a Residential Property Manager to support individuals and families residing in affordable housing communities.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed and enjoys building relationships, coordinating resources, and providing ongoing support to residents.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct monthly budget planning with families
✅ Connect residents with community resources and partner agencies
✅ Coordinate program requirements, volunteer opportunities, and family development plans
✅ Provide individualized support to help residents overcome barriers to long-term stability
Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor’s degree required
✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✔ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
✔ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
