Beacon Hill Financial is currently looking for an HR Generalist in Maryland Heights. This is a temp to perm role that would pay up to $55k perm.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for contingent roles in partnership with corporate recruiting and site leadership
- Manage onboarding, first‑year employee experience, and workforce partnerships with local schools and agencies
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, process employee actions, and generate reports
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with record retention and HR policies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Recruiting or HR related field
- BA in Human Resources, Business, etc.
