Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting Department!
The Senior Accountant will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare journal entries and perform GL maintenance for monthly close-outs, according to GAAP
- Maintain complex reconciliations on financial statements, such as balance sheets
- Investigate financial variances to generate financial reports for management
- Maintain fixed assets with schedules and support AR/AP operations
- Analyze costs, revenues, and other financial, as well as maintain cash reporting
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
