Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist with customer portal experience for a contract role for 1-3 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Creating and uploading Invoices into Customer Portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
- NetSuite accounting software
- Processing credit memos
- Flagging discrepancies, disputed charges, or invoice/credit memo issues
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable escalating and resolving billing discrepancies
