Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a 1099 Project Analyst ti join their team.
Responsibilities include:

Assist with adjusting/updating 5000+ vendor accounts for 1099 processing

Adjusting vendor information, validating tax IDs and addresses, and resolving returned notices and discrepancies from the IRS and USPS.

Working returned mail, correcting vendor records, resolving Notices, coordinating with the tax department, and supporting IRS correction processes.
Requirements:

Intermediate Excel skills – Pivot Tables. VLOOKUPs.

Ability to use third-party validation tools and internal systems
