Our construction industry client is seeking an Accounting Specialist with BOTH Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience in the constructions industry. this is a contract to hire opportunity.
Some of the requirements include:
- A minimum of five years of construction industry transactional accounting experience is REQUIRED
- Intermediate Excel including creating V-lookups is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills
Some of the duties will include:
- Data Entry of 500-1500 AP/AR invoices weekly
- Invoice Processing in 3rd party portals
- Vendor reconciliations and communication including handling sub-contractor inquiries
- Billing
