Our client in the Houston, TX area is seeking a temporary Audit Manager for 6 months or longer to assist with upcoming audits.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Lead risk-based internal audit projects aligned with enterprise priorities

Manage and execute multiple audit engagements from planning through reporting

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on risk, controls, and process improvement

Supervise, coach, and develop audit staff while ensuring quality and consistency

Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to drive efficient, value-added outcomes

Support advisory projects, investigations, and special initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CIA, or similar certification required
- 8+ years of progressive audit or accounting experience with team leadership
