Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a local client in their search for their next Audit Specialist. This hybrid position, offers a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative Finance and Contracts team, supporting both internal and external audit processes. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Support internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation in compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Participate in audit planning and coordination meetings to stay aligned with audit scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Communicate with various departments to collect and review PBCs (Provided by Client) and other required audit materials.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records in internal databases and systems.

Organize and manage audit documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy for compliance reviews.

Follow established policies, procedures, and internal controls when performing audit-related tasks.
