Our rapidly growing construction industry client is looking to add a Project Accountant to their growing team on a contract to hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five plus years of overall GL accounting experience
- Two plus years of accounting in the Construction industry
- Cost plus accounting, job cost experience required
- Lien compliance experience required (waivers, COIs, liens)
- CIP or WIP billing experience required
- Experience with one of these three software’s highly preferred- Sage 300, Procore, TimberScan, or Textura
