We are seeking a Senior Inventory Analyst to join our Operational Accounting team in Dallas on a long-term contract basis. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounting and analysis of inventory movements across multiple transportation and operational channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily inventory reconciliation process across assigned locations, facilities, or operational channels
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting for high-volume transactional data across multiple systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with urgency and precision
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to support business performance
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Support revenue reconciliation and billing validation processes
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to streamline workflows
- Track and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
