Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a local client in the search for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact of business initiatives.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
