Our client in the Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable team!
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Research and resolve open Accounts Receivable discrepancies
- Handle cash applications and post payments to accounts
- Process AR invoices for billing purposes
- Perform B2B collections on delinquent accounts
- Perform AR reconciliations at month end close
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience is required (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is required
