Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Investor Reporting Specialist to support a high-volume servicing and accounting environment. This role will be responsible for investor reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and process improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with established servicing and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute recurring investor-related reports while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Perform daily and month-end reconciliations of cash activity, bank accounts, and general ledger balances, researching and resolving variances as needed.
• Manage reporting and reconciliation activities within a mortgage servicing platform and supporting spreadsheet-based processes.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and other internal teams to investigate discrepancies and strengthen operational controls.
• Monitor and maintain process documentation, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow effectiveness.
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance-related requests by gathering documentation and providing reporting support.
• Assist with quality assurance efforts, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives while maintaining a high level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
