Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Cash Analyst to join their cash accounting department!
The Cash Analyst will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across assigned accounts
- Match EFT drafts and cash activity to vendor remittances and supporting documentation
- Research and resolve discrepancies between bank records and account details
- Analyze transactions and provide reporting support to internal teams
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, cross-functional accounting support, and SOX compliance activities
Requirements:
- Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc.)
