Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable team.
Responsibilities include:

Apply all vendor payments in system including checks, lockbox, credit card and ACH payments

Analyze AR payments and resolve discrepancies such as, short pays, overpayments, misapplied, unapplied cash and account balances

Reconcile AR accounts and clear misapplied/unapplied payments
-
Perform the daily bank match and reconciliation
-
Tie deposits and bank activity to applied payments
-
Experience with Netsuite is a plus (not a must)
