Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join their AP team!
The AP Analyst will have experience in the following:

Performs all procedures related to accounts payable for multiple distribution centers

Process high volume of invoices daily (PO and Non-PO) including 2 way and 3 way matching
-
Point of contact for vendors which includes vendor support, research, disputes, and resolution

Research and reconcile vendor statements

Assist with payment disbursements

Proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and ERP software
-
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
