Our client in the Irving area is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities include:

Support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and production support of payroll systems and related applications.

Assist with payroll system integrations, data validation, interface monitoring, and issue resolution across multiple platforms.

Generate, reconcile, and maintain payroll reports, audit documentation, and compliance-related system records.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, system upgrades, and process enhancement initiatives.

Troubleshoot payroll system issues and partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve defects and improve performance.

Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, workflow guides, and knowledge management resources.

Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system stability, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Experience with Workday payroll system is a plus (not a must)
