Our client in the North Fort Worth Area is seeking a Senior Collector to join their Accounting Team!
The Senior Collector will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers with past-due balances
- Post incoming payments accurately
- Negotiate payment plans and offer solutions that fit customers’ financial situations while meeting company guidelines
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure timely collections and account resolution
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Consumer Collections experience preferred
