Our client in the Irving,TX area is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• 1+ years of Accounting experience (Candidate will be trained)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance is a plus

Revenue & Billing:

• Support progress billing based on completed timesheets

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and field teams to gather accurate billing data

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation

Accounts Receivable & Cash Application:

• Manage Canadian accounts receivable and cash application

• Own collections efforts, including consistent, customer-facing follow-ups

• Work cross-functionally with Sales to resolve outstanding balances

General Ledger:

• Reconcile general accounts including bank, balance sheet, and GL accounts
