Our client in the Addison, TX area is seeking an AP and AR Specialist to join their group.
Responsibilities include:

Responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices (PO and Non-PO)

Main point of contact for vendor inquiries

Assist with AP check runs as needed
-
AR Cash Applications including checks, wires, and ACH’s

Generate Billing and Invoicing as needed

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
