The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Design and manage fair and competitive compensation plans for various roles
- Research and analyze market trends to keep pay competitive
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and incentives accurately
- Ensure compliance with pay regulations and company policies
- Work with HR and leadership on pay strategies
- Communicate compensation details clearly to employees
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance (CCP preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis
- Strong data and Microsoft Excel skills
